A vast natural park with a huge array of animals from throughout the world, Faunia Madrid is a fantastic place to entertain the kids all day long. The park is split into different areas with each section replicating 8 of the world's ecological systems including the Polar eco-system that houses animals from both the north and south poles, and the Amazon Jungle area with many colourful birds and weird looking reptiles.
There is also a massive lake in the centre of the park full of pink flamingos - definitely a sight to see. There are also many areas of the park that allow the animals to roam freely including the monkey area where, if you're quick, you may be able to stroke one of them!
25km southwest of Madrid is the Parque Warner Madrid (previously know as Warner Bros Movie World), a lively theme park offering fantastic rides and also live entertainment.
