Transport Links from Airport:
The airport is located 4 miles north of Düsseldorf city and has excellent transport links including the GermanRail network which allows easy access to Düsseldorf main rail station via the S-bahn 7 at the Airport Terminal Station. There is also a second rail station nearby known as Airport Station from which long distance trains operate. Over 350 connections are available. Both stations are soon to be linked by a monorail service, until then a regular bus service operates.

S-bahn 7 operates a regular service every 20 minutes to Düsseldorf main rail station between the hours of 4.03 am and 12.30 am. Tickets cost 1.85 euros.
Airport Station:
The S-bahn 1 runs from here to Düsseldorf main rail station, tickets cost 1.85.

Bus Services:
The 721 service runs into Düsseldorf city and operates every 20 minutes between 0520hrs and 0026hrs. The 823 service runs to the Düsseldorf central rail station. Buses to both Cologne and Bonn operate from the airport on a regular basis.
