- Hippocrates Tree - Located in the centre of Kos Town, this tree is said to be the location of where Hippocrates of Kos taught his pupils the art of medicine.

- Kos Museum - located in Eleftherias square opposite the local fruit market, Kos Museum displays many beautiful artifacts outlining Greek history.
