Britons who have begun to plan their summer holiday and are seeking cheap flights to Rome may wish to see the city from a different perspective when they visit.
This summer sees the release in cinemas of Angels and Demons - the much-anticipated follow-up of The Da Vinci Code.
Based on the Dan Brown novel, the movie centres on Professor Robert Langdon as he races through Vatican City in a desperate attempt to foil the mysterious Illuminati's plans to sabotage the election of the new pope.
According to MTV, the film's screenwriter David Koepp has said the movie will stay true to the original novel, adding that its star, Tom Hanks, was "fantastic" in it.
However, Professor Langdon is not the only one who gets to explore all of the religious and symbolic mysteries of Rome, as holidaymakers will find there is a range of tours on offer in the city that takes in all of the novel's sites.
