Cheap flights to Spain for property bargains

There are an increasing number of bargains to be found on the Spanish property market, one expert has said.
Should an individual choose to invest in a property in the country, they may find cheap flights to Spain for frequent visits to their new home an ideal option.
Adam Samuel, director at Nubricks, said that as Spain has been in its property recession for a number of years, house prices are continuing to fall, meaning that there are bargains to be found.
"There's quite a lot of distressed or below market value properties on the market," he said. "You're seeing up to 50 per cent reduction in price and it's bringing people out to buy."
And whether people are looking for cheap flights to Spain or cheap properties in the country, there are bargains available.
Findings from propertyindex.com indicate that between February 2008 and February 2009, searches for property in Spain increased by 121 per cent.
