Holidaymakers could find themselves hiking in the hills or snorkelling in the surf on a holiday in Turkey, it has been suggested.
Writing for the Times, Simon Spilsbury explains that the close proximity of Turkey's mountains to its beaches "almost forces you into the water or the hills".
He adds that his own family spent a trip there snorkelling, swimming, walking and kayaking.
