When booking cheap flights to Paris, travellers can expect to see more than the Eiffel Tower and Notre Dame - indeed they can see a much more quirky side to the city if they wish.
Such is the assertion of the Times' Renata Rubnikowicz, who states that there are a number of unusual views of Paris that people can take in to discover its hidden side.
The writer advises heading to the rooftop cafe on Printemps department store on Boulevard Haussmann in order to see a panoramic view over the roofs of the city.
And rather than visiting the Arc de Triomphe, Ms Rubnikowicz recommends visiting its sister arch La Grande Arche in the business district, where visitors can enjoy a meal, after enjoying the views from its 360ft height.
For those who do not have such a head for heights, she suggests visiting the flea markets of the city to discover a host of vintage clothes and decorative household items.
Travellers considering booking cheap flights to Paris can also expect to enjoy a summer of jazz music.
From June 6th to July 26th the Paris Jazz Festival will take place, with numerous free concerts held within the city.
