BA didn't get it right

Despite having months to get the running of Heathrow's Terminal 5 right, its operator British Airways (BA) failed to do so.
Such is the opinion of a spokesperson for The Air Transport Users Council (AUC), who was responding to recent criticism of the facility by a group of MPs.
The transport committee found that the opening of Terminal 5, which resulted in problems with baggage systems, car parking, security searches and aspects of the building itself, revealed serious failings on the part of both owner BAA and operator BA.
"I think passengers expected the opening to be much better than it was - and were disappointed - and I'm sure BA itself was disappointed with it," the AUC representative explained.
