Families who book cheap flights to Tenerife could have a fun summer 2010 holiday, if one expert is to be believed.
Discussing what gives the island the wow-factor, the Tenerife Tourism Corporation highlighted the destination's abundance of theme parks – which may include its aqua attraction Siam Park.
Representative Arantxa Martin said many of the hotspot's hotels also cater especially for clans, putting on a range of interesting activities throughout the season.
She remarked: "In Tenerife, you can … [have] any type of holiday. [It] has changed a lot in the last ten years."
Recent research by the Canary Islands Tourist Board found many people who head to Tenerife love it so much they come back again – 41.6 per cent of British holidays are repeat visits.
In total, over three million UK travellers land at the islands every year, with Lanzarote and Gran Canaria the second and third most popular destinations in the area.
