The superstar will take to the stage at the Campo de Golf venue in Costa Adeje on April 30th 2010.
Her gig forms part of a large European tour, which also visits Paris, London, Dublin, Milan, Rome and Zurich.
Fans may expect the singer to belt out hits such as I Will Always Love You, Saving All My Love For You, I Wanna Dance With Somebody (Who Loves Me) and Didn't We Almost Have It All.
Meanwhile, Million Dollar Bill – a song which Houston recently performed on reality TV show The X Factor – is also likely to be in the set list.
Music aficionados may already be aware that rock legend and former Faces singer Rod Stewart played a gig at the Campo de Golf earlier this year.
