This is if local hotel official Gokhan Yilmazer's comments about the pan-continental destination are anything to go by.
He works at Club Alla Turca and said his company especially enjoys welcoming British tourists.
One of the key reasons for visiting the hotspot is that it is cheaper than many of the eurozone countries, he claimed.
"[Turkey] offers [a] high quality service. We have beautiful hotels with a beautiful view and we offer great weather," Mr Yilmazer remarked.
One area of the country which could be of particular interest is Istanbul.
The Turkish Tourism Board recently highlighted the city, which is the European Capital of Culture in 2010, as vibrant and cosmopolitan.
A year of events are set to be held in the metropolis, starting with a party on January 16th 2010.
