Travellers booking cheap flights to Tunisia through Jet2.com are heading for a holiday hotspot, if recent tourism figures are anything to go by.
The cities of Tabarka and Ain Drahem - which could be visited on excursions from other northern destinations such as the capital Tunis or Montasir - are becoming increasingly popular, according to Tunisia Online News.
It said there has been a "remarkable" rise in people visiting these destinations, citing figures from the country's ministry of tourism.
There were 420 more arrivals during December 2009 compared to the same month in 2008, with winter sun, spring breaks and summer months proving particularly popular.
Whichever city they choose, tourists may find a holiday to suit their needs after booking cheap flights to Tunisia.
Montasir, found south of Tunis, boasts miles of golden sands, meaning it could be perfect for a sunshine break.
Culture vultures could enjoy visiting its Roman wonder, the El Jem Amphitheartre, and its museums.
