Travellers who book cheap flights to Sharm El Sheikh could decide to try snorkelling once they have reached their destination.
According to the Daily Mail's Gareth Huw Davies, the Egyptian hotspot is surrounded by fabulous clear waters, meaning it is perfect for a spot of undersea exploration.
The Red Sea is home to thousands of species of coral and aquatic life - and the Ras Mohamed National Park is the prime place to view them.
Other activities which could be of interest include heading to the nearby Mount Sinai, where holidaymakers could view a truly beautiful sunrise.
Mr Huw Davies also pointed out that travellers could book excursions to attractions in other parts of the country, such as the Pyramids or a Nile River cruise.
He remarked: "The charm of Sharm is its commitment to having a good time - simple, uncomplicated and jolly. What more do you want from a holiday, after all?"
Last month, Guardian columnist Benji Lanyado stayed in the Egyptian resort of Basata and suggested it is perfect for a relaxing holiday.
