If you love your jazz music then you need to be on a cheap flight to the Canary Islands this July. However, which one do you choose? Well, to be honest it doesn’t really matter because the Canary Island Jazz Festival invades all of them. The Canary Island Jazz Festival runs from 9 to 18 July and stops off at all of the islands in the Canaries. It was originally begun as a festival for Gran Canaria but its popularity has seen it expand to all of the islands.
Cheap flights to Tenerife and Gran Canaria seem to unlock the most highlights with tributes to Billie Holiday by Dee Dee Bridgewater penciled in for the 12 and 13 July respectively. Angelique Kidjo will also be performing in Puerto de la Cruz, Tenerife and Las Palmas, Gran Canaria on 14 and 15 July respectively.
However, no matter which island you choose you will be able to sample some of the best in local and international jazz with cheap flights to the Canary Islands.
