Only a week ago it emerged that one man is deciding to enter Prague by swimming into the city; well it looks like he won’t be the only person deciding against cheap flights to Prague to visit the city.
Ben Hall, a 22-year-old student from Shillingford, is planning on skateboarding from Norway to Prague in a bid to raise money for charity. The trip will be spread over seven weeks and will take in 1,850 miles.
A Popular Place to Visit
It appears that Prague is growing in popularity as a place for record challenges and endurance tests, which could have something to do with its central location in Eastern Europe.
The romantic and historic city is easily reached from most major European cities, and very easy to reach with cheap flights from Jet2.com. It could also have something to do with Prague’s charm and wealth of things to do. From exploring historic architecture to relaxing with a local beer, a break in Prague offers visitors plenty to do.
Mr. Hall’s attempt to travel through Eastern Europe is being done to raise money for meningitis research and he’ll be joined by two friends.
