There are three major skiing resorts in Andorra, all accessible with cheap flights to Barcelona; Pas de la Casa, Arinsal and Soldeu. All three resorts boast fantastic skiing conditions throughout the winter season and cater for all types of skiers/snowboarders.
Pas de la Casa
This is a lively, purpose built ski area for all the family. Its large, attractive nursery ski area in the centre of the resort combined with its numerous wide, open slopes make the resort perfect for ski novices and beginners.
Soldeu
Linked with the Pas de la Casa resort, Soldeu offers skiers the largest ski area in Andorra. Soldeu itself is a charming and friendly ski village offering plenty to do on and off the slopes. Perfect for groups of people with mixed abilities, there is also plenty of exhilarating red and blue runs for intermediate skiers.
Skiing in Soldeu takes in a fantastic snowpark and dramatic halfpipe, so there are lots of challenges for snowboarders too. Non-skiers will have fun with snowshoe walks, dog sledding, day trips to Andorra La Vella and much more.
Arinsal
Finally, Arinsal is a vibrant, attractive village that delivers some of Europe's best value skiing. Skiing holidays in Arinsal are all about warm hospitality and long, light sunny days. Families and groups are made very welcome on ski holidays in Arinsal. There's an excellent kindergarten to keep the little ones happy and the resort offers child lift passes too.
