There’s Something Cosy About Courchevel

The growing reputation of Courchevel as one of the best ski resorts is leaving a lasting impression on many, not least Jason Donovan.
Speaking in the Independent’s travel section, the popular actor and singer told journalist Sophie Lam about some of his favourite holiday memories. Amongst them is a soft spot for Courchevel and this is from someone who is a keen ski enthusiast. He said:
“I love Courchevel. There's something cosy about it and I love that combination of the sound of your footsteps in the snow with the fire and the wine. That's where we always go to ski, because I think nowhere can better it.”
A Complete Ski Resort
Courchevel is a great place for a skiing or snowboarding break because of the variety of slopes to choose from but also some good après ski too. So, much like Mr. Donovan, you can enjoy both sides to a skiing holiday.
Plus, it’s fair to say that you might even bump into Mr. Donovan if you are considering cheap flights to Geneva, Chambery or Salzburg this winter as a skiing trip is next on his agenda. He finished the interview saying:
“We've recently had a holiday in Spain so the next one will probably be skiing.”
