Val d'Isere is such a popular short ski break destination not only because of it's prolonged season but also due to its great location.

Bellevarde is home to Val d’Isere’s most well-known course, which is easily accessible either by funicular from La Daille or by the gondola from the centre of the village. Solaise is easy to access either by the Solaise Express chair-lift or the cable-car; it offers gentle pistes and sunny plateaus. Venture a little further and you will find Col de L’Iseran, a great choice if you are looking for an easy day with magnificent off-piste scenery.
